We offer an unconditional 30 money back guarantee on all our products unless otherwise noted. This means you can try the products at our risk. If you are not satisfied for any reason you can return the unused portion for a full refund. Shipping both ways is on you (we don't refund or reimburse shipping) but that is a small amount to risk to try products that work so well for most people. I do ask that you include a brief description as to exactly how you used the products. This doesn't affect your refund, I just need the information. I have found that most problems with the products are because instructions and what to expect were not really read or followed properly. I keep trying to improve our instructions and education about how these products work.
Tempur-Pedic mattresses have the full the 20 year limited warranty and 90 day trial through Tempur-Pedic. Tempur-Pedic Pillows are not guaranteed. NOTE: Trial 90 Day Guarantee on pillows currently in effect. Other Tempur-Pedic Products such as travel pads, wheelchair cushions etc. are special order personal items and are do not qualify for exchange or refund unless they have some defect in material or workmanship. |
