take it to the post office
to fill out custom forms. For an 8

bottle. For 16 ounce bottles
of Natural Calm etc select for
16oz bottle of course. Most of
western Europe can use the
UK rate.
For other
supplements, up to 3 bottles
select for 8oz bottle, over
three total bottles select for
16oz bottle. These will all
ship USPS Priority Mail.
For any
Marsona machine select for
Marsona extra shipping. This
is more expensive as Marpac
will only ship Global Express
to the UK for tracking
purposes.
